昨天看了版里那位朋友和迪兰的客服交涉. 实在是大汗淋漓.

于是想分享一下我和EVGA之间的一次交涉. 说实话,虽然EVGA是N卡的终极代理, 蓝宝石是A卡的终极代理, 但是售后上蓝宝石比EVGA差了十万八千里. 我的4870出了点小问题, 打电话过去客服在对面叽叽歪歪很麻烦.

EVGA: Hello, this is EVGA customer services RMA department. My name is Jack. How I can help? (下面简称E)
我: Hi, My 8800 just died. (下面简称W)
E: Oooops! Ok, let's figure this out. Are you a new customer?
W: No, I have been with EVGA for 5 years.
E: It's our hornor to be your trusted dealer sir. Ok, so have you done ant DIY on the card?
W: yes, I replaced the original fan with Thermalright HR-03 GT
E: That's a nice cooling though. I personally like it.
W: yeah, best on the market probably.
E: yeah. Ok, so how much you have OC'd the card?
W: I've set it for 700/1000
E: So anything happen?
W: It runs good for 3 days. I have done Furmark with it and passed the stability test.
E: Ok, so what happen next?
W: I dont know. When I boot it today I just found it burnt out
E: I am sorry that happend to you.
W: It might be my problem though. You do not need to sorry
E: May I ask your your register SN for this 8800 GT?
W: It's XXXXXXX.
E: Let me see. Ok, its there. Could you plz send this card back Our technician will test it out and give you a feedback. If
you dont want to take your HRT03 back, simply leave it like now. Your new card will be on its way
as soon as possible.
W: Ok, thx. should i keep running it at default setting this time?
E: Not necessary sir. Our products are for the euthanasist and our goal is to provide the best
quality card that can run perfectly in any conditions. I am confident about our cards, and maybe
you can discuss OC in our forum with our moderators. They might have more suggestions than I
do.
W: Ok I will. thank you so much
E: No problem sir. It's my pleasure to serve you. If you have any problem plz feel free to call
back.
W: Cool, Goodbye now
E: Bye!

E: 让我看一下, 好的, 那请麻烦你把卡原封不动的寄回给我们, 我们的技术员会对卡进行测试,并提供给你结果报告. 如果你不想麻烦再拆掉你的利民, 你可以一并都送进来, 不过之前的风扇也要带着. 新卡会在最短时间内寄出.
W: 好的, 那下次我是不是应该不超了呢?
E: 其实无所谓的, 我们卡针对的消费群是发烧友(言下之意买EVGA有不超的吗), 我们的目标是生产出在
任何条件下都能完美运行的显卡. 我对我们的显卡质量是非常有信心的. 当然, 也许下次你可以去我们的
论坛和版主们讨论超频事宜. 他们应该比我更能给你提供帮助.
