Installation Type I |
STEP 1 | STEP 2 |

| Uninstall stock cooler by removing the two screws circled in red. | Then remove the 11 screws (circled in red) from the back of the video card. |
STEP 3 | STEP 4 |

| Remove stock cooler. | Clean off the paste and any residue for best contact and adhesiveness. |
STEP 5 | STEP 6 |

| Insert the push pins though the holes from the HSI heatsink indicated by the red circles and apply thermal compound to the bottom as well as on the HSI chipset and then stick it on top of the HSI chipset. | HR-03 Plus new version HSI heat sink ,support 8800GTX & 8800 GTS video card |
STEP 7 | STEP 8 |

| Apply the include RAMsinks to the 8 RAM chips shown in the above picture. | Apply the “flat” RAMsinks to the 4 RAM chips above the GPU shown in the above picture. |
STEP 9 | STEP 10 |

| Apply the PWM IC heatsinks to the 4 PWM IC chips shown in the above picture. | Apply the included square padding to the center of the cross shaped backplate to avoid any contact with component parts on the video card. |
STEP 11 | STEP 12 |

| Screw in the 4 screws into the holes on the mounting bracket. | Spread a thin layer of thermal compound evenly to the GPU and to the bottom of the heatsink base. |
STEP 13 | STEP 14 |

| Place the heatsink with the mounting bracket on top of GPU and with the screws through the mounting holes. | Insert the black washers through the screws on the other side. |
STEP 15 | STEP 16 |

Insert the backplate through the 4 screws with the square padding in contact with the board.
| Screw in the screw cap through the 4 screws. |
STEP 17 | STEP 18 |

| Type I installation complete. | Insert each end of fan wire clip into their designated holes (circled in red) on the heatsink shown in the above picture. |
STEP 19 | |

| |
| Place a 92mm fan on top of heatsink and pull on the fan wire clips to hook into the fan mounting holes. | |
