here are all the tweaking settings::
1. Here I have to suggest you if you have meter, go measure every points; because you need to trust what you measure not those numbers from motherboard monitor of BIOS. From the PIC below, besides Vcore due to Vdroop that I need to set 1.5v to obtain 1.43v, the others voltages are way greater than what I set here.

here we have all the memory parameters setting; be sure that your ram can handle those settings, or you can give safe settings first. Most likely Team Group's
DDR800 3-3-3-8/DDR1000 5-4-4-12 can do that like my settings here.

timings are all set as pretty tight, so you know how to adjust them.
