MSI 性能猛獸之ATI 4870X2降臨(XF)
[size=4][color=red]RV770前言:[/color][/size][size=3]如果你对于今年ATI的HD 4800系列显示卡的效能展现感到惊豔,那么你一定更期待接下来的大作-4870X2。双A社的CPU与显示卡向来就不是I社以及N社的敌人,这印象似乎从478脚位的3.0EG以及AGP6600GT后就一直是这样的形态,从原本的互有领先局面变成一面倒的挨打状态,甚至有网民以及A社忠实FANS不禁在各大讨论区大声疾呼:「和平、奋鬥、ATI」。别让一党独大的政治基本理念,也衍生到产业的显示卡生态。原因我们现在都看到了,要不是ATI的HD4800系列出现,我们不知道什么时候才能买到万元以下的GTX260,也许消灭了A社,就真的只能任N社宰割。
ATI HD 4870,的确投下了一颗市场震撼弹,让NVIDIA震惊不已,消费者则兴奋雀跃,因为它真的符合C/P值理论,从之前各国媒体所发表的测试结果来看,光是单卡执行一些效能测试就已经与GTX260不相上下,甚至很多遊戏方面的性能表现还超越GTX260,目前看来比较弱一点的地方在于反锯齿的表现(也就是所谓的AA,AntiAlias),以及公板可怕的待机高温而已,现在这些问题也早就透过BIOS解决,原来只是因为怕风扇声音恼人,所以索性让风扇慢慢转,因此手动调整CatalystControlCenter里面的风扇转速以及MOD VGA BIOS把转速提升就可以让待机马上下降20到30度,所以也不成问题了。而如今,就在GTX280的宝座如履薄冰之际,ATI现在更放出了HD 4870X2这隻性能猛兽,大家都说把GTX280拉下来是一定、必然、可预见的结果了,但问题是在于怎么拉、爽度如何提升?所以接下来就让我们一起来享受这个狩猎的过程吧。

关于这份规格还有Shaders:1600SP没有纳入,原因是截自截稿为止[NDA为8月12号结束],AMD/ATI这边都还未有任何规格技术文件可供参考,这次4870X2的发表真可说是保密到了家。
所以以下照片介绍将以小弟所懂的先行做规格认识,待AMD这边有任何技术规格文件流出,再来作文章修改了..。
我们以4850、4870、4870X2的基本规格来作个比较,与4870最大的差别在于电晶体数量以及浮点运算速度的大幅提升,毕竟他等于是两个4870核心黏在同一块PCB上,最简单的数学告诉我们1+1=2,所以就让我们来看看这可能会将近两倍的可怕效能吧!!??。

这次的风扇BIOS有特别改过,温度变高时风扇的转速就会变身吸尘器..我没说错,你没看错~

这是Hynix的GDDR5记忆体,GDDR5的时脉比较特别,在Catalyst看的时候是900MHz,但它的Data Clock是Address Clock的四倍,Catalyst只会秀Address Clock,实际资料传输时脉是3600MHz..

在两颗4870 (RV770) GPU中间,有一颗PLX桥接晶片,这是一颗3向48 lanes的PCI-Express Switch,三个方向各自连接两颗GPU与下面的PCI-E金手指。
这颗Switch可让两个GPU快速交换所需要资料(画面资料则透过CrossFire Port),而且让4870X2可相容于所有主机板。之前3870X2就有这颗晶片,4870X2则是升级版,现在已经支援PCI-E 2.0了。

可以看到凭藉着双颗RV770在高解析度上的效能与开启AA下,Shaders:1600SP的实力也一併的发挥出来。
或许再过一些日子,等待ATI这边的驱动程式对于双4870支援度更加成熟之后,效能的提升能更加狂暴也说不定!!
